The hotel is situated on the most famous road in Tunis, offering easy access to the market and being close to the old town, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy Tunis without boredom. Despite some difficulty in getting a taxi and limited TV programs, the location is ideal for exploring the souk and the medina.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a great city view from floor 20, but the facilities were lacking with not enough amenities. The service was a mix of extremes, from extremely unhelpful encounters to exceptionally professional treatment. The location was convenient right in the heart of Tunis, but there were some issues to be aware of.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, perfect for relaxation, although the old TV was a bit outdated. The breakfast was acceptable but lacked a modern touch. Unfortunately, the presence of cockroaches was a major downside. The check-in process also had some hiccups due to an inexperienced receptionist.
